That is so you can be protected with our membership, and so you can properly represent the brand you will be working with, which in return will help you get more sales starting out considering others will be encouraged to follow your footsteps and get one as well before joining under you.

Now let's say they ask you a question you have no idea how to answer. Here is a line I always recommend everyone uses when they first start with MCA, and it always works out great!
Prospect: Who provides the insurance for the emergency medical evacuation benefit? (just an example of a random question)
You: I just started working with them, so I'm still learning the ins and outs of everything, so if the information you are looking for is nowhere on the website, then let me know and I'll find that out for you right away.
Now lets say they end up becoming aggravated or mad that you are trying to "Sell" you something. You want to make sure that you re always remaining calm and never letting your emotions take control of you. Always remain kind and professional so they can see you mean business.

Prospect: I already have AAA, no thank you.
You: No worries! If you ever decide you need to switch for whatever reason, you have my website so you can join there anytime (Unlimited service calls + up to 100 miles per tow included). Thanks!

The goal of approaching your warm market like this is for them to not feel intimidated or pushed around to buy your product. The more casual and professional you are in your approach, the better off you are and more likely you are to get the sale! You never want to spam your friends with messages either. BE PATIENT when texting people and waiting for them to respond. People have busy lives so make sure you respect their time because I'm sure you'd want them to respect yours.
